We collect only the information needed to operate your accounts, protect them from fraud and meet legal obligations.
Information we collect: identity details you give us when you enroll, transaction and device information generated while you use online banking, and messages you send to us.
How we use it: to open and service accounts, to verify your identity by email, to detect unusual activity, and to improve our services.
Location: if you choose "Use my current location" on the Locations page, your browser shares your position once. We use it only to sort locations by distance for that search and we do not store it.
Sharing: we do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who work on our behalf, and with regulators when the law requires.
Your choices: you can update your profile, change notification preferences and request a copy of your data from the Help Center.
