Traveling with your card

International use is off by default to protect you if the card is lost. Turn it on before you travel, and turn it off again when you return.

What are the default limits?
Daily purchase limit $3,000 and daily ATM limit $800. You can lower them any time and request higher ones.
Can I use my card abroad?
International use is off by default. Turn it on before you travel.
What is a virtual card?
A separate card number linked to your account for online purchases. You can lock it to a single merchant.
How do I change my card PIN?
Open the card in online banking, choose Change card PIN and confirm with your transfer PIN. Your card PIN and transfer PIN are separate.
Can I have more than one virtual card?
Yes. Create as many as you need, lock each to a single merchant if you want to, and delete them whenever you like.
What does a replacement card cost?
A standard replacement is free. Expedited delivery has a fee, which is listed on the Fees page.
